CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of being late, please let me know how late you will be. I have a 7 minute grace period. If you are not in the salon 7 mins after your appointment, it will be considered cancelled and you will not get your deposit back or will be charged 50% of your service(s). Cancellations require a 12 hour notice! If you cancel after 12 hours, your deposit will be non-refundable OR You will be charged 50% of the service(s) that you have for the visit (this is in the case of you not putting down a deposit). If anyone fails to do so will NOT be able to book with me in the future until the fee is paid.
